They should repair their motorized carts or take the ones that don't work properly out of service. When I chose a card yesterday the Walmart greeter actually told me sometimes it cuts out just turn it off and on and it'll eventually start again. It not only stopped on me it's stranded me in the middle of the store with a basket half full of groceries. Thankfully a Walmart employee notice my situation went and got another card for me and help me to transfer my groceries. Some of these carts the seats are off the cushions are torn off the seats they don't have run they either need to fix them or take them completely out of service.
The people that work at this Walmart feel like the shoppers are lucky that they wait on us. They make no eye contact, do not talk to you and could care less if you are dead or alive. The shelves are not well stocked. The employees laugh and talk to each other like there are no customers. I only go there if I have too. They need to wake up. There are other stores that will be happy to take my money. Just showing up for your shift is not enough. Right now I feel the employees at Walmart are extremely overpaid.

No ever answers the phone.. and my questions aren't rocket science. If you need help workers don't help you, they just stand around and talk and cashiers are inconsiderate to how long you have been waiting in line. The only thing good is the old guy in the money center is really nice and it's never crowded. This walmart need way better customer service in all other areas
