Worst experience at a Waffle House to date. After a long night of work, my father and I wanted to have a nice meal before going to sleep at our hotel. However walking into this locations waffle house was a HUGE mistake. The place was FILTHY. From the tables to the kitchen area. NOBODY was cleaning and the manager was just on his phone literally the entire time were waiting for a table to be clean. While waiting to be seated, that STUPID ASS has the nerve to ask what were waiting for? When I replied we where waiting to be seated he has the nerve to say "if you don't want to sit down , why are you waiting?" I don't know who decides who gets Put in charge, but judging by the reviews, bad service, and a dirty restaurant has been happening at this location for a while. And I WILL be the one to take action so that experience my father and I had won't happen to another family again.
May just have to make coming here our new Christmas tradition. We came to same location last year on Christmas. And just left there. Our waiter was very nice and respectful. He made sure to check on us making sure everything was good. The food was delicious and the service was great. We got our food quickly also. Thank you. Will definitely be coming back.

Red heavy-set girl with glasses never took my order & I sat there for 20min waiting patiently even after they took other people orders that came after me. I'm a regular & I came in a spoke as normal but I won't b returning after that experience. I called another local waffle house & placed a pick up order while sitting in there & the red girl looked at me like I did something wrong. Fire her. Horrible experience.
Was very disappointed! Have eaten at this Waffle House in the past and been very satisfied. Today my complaint us not about the food or service. We were served by a very nice woman. The problem was that the place was not staffed adequately. This woman and the other server were trying to clean, serve, AND cook. There was no short-order cook on site. And the floors were dirty. It was 2:00 on a Saturday afternoon. There should have been someone cleaning (beside the two servers) and there should have been a cook on duty. I commend the 2 women, but neither owner nor manager gets stars from me.
Stood there for 10 min waiting for someone to say hello and offer to clean our table so we could sit down (all the tables were dirty) a third person finally comes from the back grabs a towel walks past our table and starts cleaning a different one. Needless to say we left and spent our money elsewhere.
