This hotel is currently undergoing remodeling and seems to be an excuse for dirty lobby floors, elevator, hallway. The room had broken closet door and refrigerator door. TV resort only worked if you were standing right in front of it. Ice maker on the floor did not work. Leftover long brown hairs were found in bed. Very disappointed in this IHG hotel.
